Error description

• When you want to link to a new Defect in RTC, the creation
  dialog doesn't have all the drop down controls on it in IE, so
  you
  can't save the work item there.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.7.
  When using ClearQuest Web with Internet Explorer, if you create
  an OSLC link to a new RTC work item, now all the drop down type
  controls are visible for the New work item dialog.
